RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The Wishful Fish

At The Wishful Fish, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand process. Because each product is custom printed just for you, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed — unless there’s a manufacturing or printing issue.

We value happy customers and want you to love your order!
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To start a claim, please fill out CONTACT FORM:

Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the problem (showing any damage or printing error)

  • A short description of what went wrong

Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method — at no extra cost to you.


Please Note:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size, color, or style preference.

  • Be sure to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

  • If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase — we’ll do our best to update it before production begins.

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be processed for orders where the incorrect address was entered by the customer.


Order Issues or Delivery Problems

If your package is lost or shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out within 7 days so we can assist in contacting the carrier and finding a solution.
