Print On Demand Return Policy

At The Wishful Fish, our print on demand return policy reflects how we make every item — custom printed just for you through our print-on-demand process. Because each product is made to order, we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed — unless there's a manufacturing or printing issue.

We want every order to feel like a little piece of Watch Hill arriving at your door! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To start a claim, please fill out our Contact Form:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the problem (showing any damage or printing error)

  • A short description of what went wrong

  • Your contact information

Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method — at no extra cost to you.


Please Note  Custom Order & Print on Demand Return Policy Details:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size, color, or style preference.

  • Be sure to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

  • Some items like Hoodies and Sweatshirts will have a disclaimer suggesting to order one size larger for a perfect fit.
  • If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase — we’ll do our best to update it before production begins.

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be processed for orders where the incorrect address was entered by the customer.
