PRINT ON DEMAND

Our products are printed and fulfilled on demand as orders are placed. All items are custom designed and made to order with exceptional quality.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 4–7 business days; international orders may take 7–11 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. We partner with trusted global carriers for reliable delivery. Out-of-stock items will be clearly marked.

RETURN POLICY

We offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products reported within 10 days of receipt. Because all items are print on demand and made to order, we are not responsible for incorrect size or color selections made at checkout — please choose carefully.

To be eligible for a refund on a damaged or mislabeled item, a receipt and photo of the issue are required. To start a return, contact us at info@thewishfulfish.com. Do not send items back without prior approval. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at info@thewishfulfish.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@thewishfulfish.com.
